Aram Fuchs is a veteran investor and executive with a track record of keeping his head while all around him men were losing theirs. A graduate of Union College with a degree in American Studies, Aram brings a sophisticated multidiscipline perspective to the Counterlawfare Institute. His interest in seeing how transformations of the zeitgeist and Public Mind influence the practical institutions of the American Republic makes him an invaluable leader in the Institute’s mission.

Hans Mahncke brings a lifetime of international legal scholarship and investigative grit to the fight against the weaponization of the law. He holds a PhD from the University of Zurich, the same historic institution where Albert Einstein received his doctorate. His academic career spans decades of teaching law and public policy across three continents. Beyond the classroom, he spent a decade at Hamilton Abogados, managing complex international legal disputes. His definitive book on the origins of the Russia collusion investigation helped shape the intellectual foundations of the Counterlawfare Institute.

James Busche draws on a career defined by strategic leadership, scientific rigor, and executive decision making at the highest levels of global industry. A scientist by training and an industrialist by practice, he brings a systems-based perspective to the complex institutional, regulatory, and legal challenges that define modern governance.

James previously served as Vice President of Baker Hughes, the Texas-based global industrial giant, where he managed high-consequence operations across the international energy sector. He later served as CEO of KHD, a major NYSE-listed industrial group, overseeing multi-billion dollar portfolios while navigating the complex regulatory and legal challenges of global engineering.
